News & Information
Just to make it clear. Our shop is open on Thursday for everyone to attend and buy our meat. However we are usually in the butchery from Tuesday to Friday. We operate a policy of "if we're here we will serve you". The counter may not be on display but we will always prepare something for you there and then. A quick call on 01942 831058 would always confirm we're around. Saturdays are more difficult because of the Markets.
Don't forget we are happy to arrange
FREE LOCAL DELIVERIES.
So please don't miss out!

After much pontificating by all in authority, Edwina and Alan Abbot have finally acheived their goal of having a Farmers' Market down at Fir Tree Farm, Kings Moss, St Helens.
The first Farmers' Market we ever attended was in St Helens and despite the location not being ideal, it was good for us. However some producers who travelled to attend found it unsustainable. Following its' demise and a couple of failed attempts to revive it Edwina and Alan, with support from the local Chamber of Commerce, put on a very successful Market in October.
This will be a regular event on 3rd Saturday monthly. It was great to see many people whom we haven't seen for a while and those who are regular visitors to our own shop.
THANKS EDWINA & ALAN!
